Returns policy

You can return tiles that have been supplied as stock items ”2-3 days” within a period of 14 days from purchase.

There will be a collection fee and a refund will be issued only once goods have been received and checked in good order.

If you are returning goods that are not in the original pallet and packing, you will need to repack them on a pallet and shrink wrap the pallet as the haulier will not be responsible for any damages of pallets that have been repacked.
